Live AI hours: what counts and what happens at zero
Hours only count while AI listens on a real call. When they run out, your call keeps going without AI.
Live AI hours are the time Earshot spends listening to both sides of a real call with AI, to spot questions and concerns and suggest what to say.
What counts
- Only time on a real, live call with AI listening.
- Practice calls, planning and the pace coach never use hours.
- Hours are counted per use case. Each use case comes with 15 hours, and they never expire.
Where to see them
Your hours left show in the use-case switcher at the top of the app and on every call plan before you start. Below 2 hours, Earshot tells you before the call.
When they run out
Your call never stops. Earshot switches to rules-only mode:
- Your plan's cards still appear when their trigger words come up.
- Pace nudges keep working (talk share, long stretches, pauses).
- After the call you get a simple recap built from the moments that came up.
Add 10 more hours for $10 or €10 whenever you like.
