A card didn't appear: what to check
If Earshot stayed quiet when it shouldn't have, these checks fix most cases.
1. Is Earshot hearing the other person?
On the live screen, Their voice should say Hearing them. If it says Share, press it and pick your call's tab with Also share tab audio switched on. See How to share your call's audio.
2. Is your microphone allowed?
If Chrome blocked the microphone, click the camera icon in the address bar and allow it, then press Start listening again.
3. Did the topic match your call plan?
Cards appear for the concerns and topics in your plan. Add more context before the call (a job description, a customer brief, your goals) and Earshot tailors what it listens for.
4. Is the use case unlocked?
Live help on real calls needs the use case unlocked. Practice calls always work.
5. Check your nudge setting
In Quiet mode, amber nudges don't show. See Choosing how chatty Earshot is.
