Question 1

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Ask within 14 days of buying and you get a full refund, no questions asked. The use case and any unused hours are removed from your account.

Question 2

Is it really a one-time payment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. $20 (or €20) unlocks live calls for one use case, for as long as Earshot exists. No subscription, no renewal.

Question 3

What's free?

Accepted Answer

Unlimited practice calls, call planning, a pace coach on real calls (your mic only: talk share, long stretches, pauses) and one full live call per use case, up to 60 minutes.

Question 4

What are live AI hours?

Accepted Answer

Each use case includes 15 hours of Earshot listening to both sides with AI on real calls. They never expire, and time only counts while AI is listening. Need more? 10 hours cost $10 or €10. (coming soon)

Question 5

What happens when my hours run out?

Accepted Answer

Your call never stops. Earshot keeps showing your plan's cards and pace nudges, and writes a simple recap from the moments that came up.

Question 6

Can I add use cases later?

Accepted Answer

Any time, from Settings. Each extra use case is the same one-time price.

Question 7

How does the student price work?

Accepted Answer

Sign up with your school email (for example an address ending in .edu or .ac.uk) and every use case is $16 for you, straight away. No ID upload, no waiting. School not recognised? Tell us and we'll add it.

Question 8

What about my team?

Accepted Answer

Pick seats and use cases on your team page, pay once ($20 per person per use case), and share the invite link. Prefer a walkthrough first? Book a demo.
