Privacy: what Earshot hears and keeps
Earshot doesn't record calls. Audio becomes text a few seconds at a time and is thrown away.
What Earshot hears
Your microphone and, if you share it, the audio of the tab your call is in.
What happens to the audio
Nothing is recorded. Your voice is turned into text by Chrome (via Google) and the other person's by Lovable AI, a few seconds at a time. The audio snippets are never saved.
What is kept in your account
- The debrief: talk ratio, timings, the cards that appeared and the short quote that triggered each one
- Your notes and follow-up draft
- Full transcripts only if you turn them on in Settings → Privacy (off by default)
You're in control
- Choose to keep call data for 30, 90 or 365 days
- Delete all your call data, download everything, or delete your account in Settings → Privacy
- Earshot support can only look at your account if you allow it. Opening a support request allows it for 7 days, and you can switch it off any time.
